Regardless if you come to us after beeing approached, through an advertisement or at your own initiative, we offer you:

• Unsolicited applications
  Should a suitable position not be momentarily available at our currently job offering, we will include you in our pool of candidates and contact you when an attractive position becomes available. 
• Applicant coaching
  We'll aid you in the development of your personal application strategy as part of our applicant coaching. Included here is the presentation of your application documents, preparation for your interview; i.e. through interview training or asessment of your current position.

The absolute confidentiality of your documents is self-evident for us. Non-disclosure notes will of course be observed. Your documents will only be forwarded on to companies with your agreement. We will only approach references after conferral with you.
